Are Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace not backed up already?
Not in the way most owners assume. The vendors keep the service running and offer limited retention, but deleted data, ransomware damage, and departed-employee cleanups fall on you. We run separate backups with retention you choose, and we test restoring from them.
We are on a mix of platforms. Is that a problem?
No. Mixed environments, for example Microsoft 365 for email with AWS for a product and a Google archive from an earlier era, are normal in businesses that have grown. We manage across them and, where consolidation genuinely saves money or risk, we lay out the case and handle the move.
Can you migrate us without taking the business down?
Migrations are planned in stages around your working hours, with the old system kept until the new one is proven. The plan, including the rollback path, is written down before anything moves.
