Privacy Policy
This policy explains what CompBrix collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website and the data we handle while delivering managed services.
What we collect
From the website: the name, work email, company, team size and message you submit through our assessment form, plus basic analytics such as pages viewed and referring source. From service delivery: system telemetry, ticket contents, and the administrative data needed to support your environment.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and prepare an assessment. Service data is used to monitor, secure and support your systems, and to produce the reports and evidence your agreement calls for. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Legal basis and consent
Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Where we process data under a contract or legitimate interest, for example security monitoring on managed devices, the relevant agreement sets out the scope.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client service data is retained for the term of the agreement plus the period required for audit and legal obligations, then returned or destroyed at your direction.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of vendors for monitoring, endpoint security, backup, email and ticketing. Each is bound by a written agreement covering confidentiality and security, and a current list is available on request or in your onboarding documentation.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where no legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep it. Write to contact@compbrix.com and we will respond within 30 days.
