CompBrix comes out of a decade of being brought in to build companies’ entire IT operations from the ground up: the infrastructure, the security, the systems, and often the department itself. Environments stood up that way kept running long after the engagement ended, because they were documented, tested, and built in the right order.
That work is now delivered as an ongoing service. Small businesses get the same senior engineering as a flat monthly rate instead of a payroll line, and the same method: foundation first, every course checked, nothing resting on guesswork.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO
What we don’t do, and why.
What we leave out says as much about the service as what we include.
- Rip and replace for its own sake. We assess what you already run, keep what is sound, and say plainly which category the rest falls into.
- Run a tiered help desk. There is no level one to escalate past. Every request lands with a senior engineer.
- Bill for surprises. Projects are scoped and priced before work starts, and the rate is flat. The invoice is never how you find out something happened.
- Outsource the help desk. Nobody offshore answers as us. The person who replies knows your environment.
