GETTING STARTED
The assessment and how CompBrix works.
How much does managed IT support cost with CompBrix?
CompBrix charges one flat monthly rate billed per device and per seat, with no per-ticket fees and no long-term contract required. After a free 30-minute assessment we give you a fixed quote so your IT cost is predictable every month.
What do I get from the free assessment?
A 30 minute review of your setup and a one page findings sheet listing what is working, what is exposed, and what we would fix first. The sheet is yours to keep either way. If the right answer is that you do not need us yet, it will say so.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Service is month-to-month by default. We earn your business each month rather than locking you into a multi-year agreement.
How fast do you respond to issues?
Response is under one hour for standard issues and 15 minutes for critical, business-wide outages or active security incidents, measured during covered service hours.
What areas does CompBrix serve?
We work remote first, which is how response stays fast, and we serve all of Los Angeles. When a job genuinely needs hands on hardware, we come on site with no travel surcharge.
Which compliance frameworks can you help with?
We handle SOC 2 Type I and II, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CMMC, FedRAMP and GDPR, taking each one from gap assessment through a passed audit, and doing the remediation work ourselves rather than leaving it to you.
Who is CompBrix built for?
Small businesses with roughly 5 to 50 staff that need managed IT support, cybersecurity and compliance from one place rather than juggling multiple vendors.
SERVICES AND SUPPORT
What is covered and how fast.
Is everything on this page included in the flat monthly rate?
Managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud administration, network management and vendor management are all included in your flat monthly rate. Only items clearly marked as a project, such as a from-scratch compliance audit, a large migration or new hardware, are quoted separately and always agreed up front.
Do you support both Mac and Windows?
Yes. We manage, patch and secure Windows PCs, Macs, and the servers and mobile devices around them, along with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so a mixed environment is no problem.
How fast will someone respond when we have a problem?
Under one hour for standard issues, and fifteen minutes for a critical, business-wide outage or an active security incident, measured during covered hours. The full targets by priority are in the response commitments table above.
Can you keep the tools we already use?
In most cases, yes. We assess what you already have and keep what works. We only recommend replacing a tool when it is genuinely holding you back, and when we do, we handle the migration ourselves.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Service is month-to-month by default, with no multi-year lock-in. You can leave with 30 days' notice. We would rather earn your business each month than trap it in a term.
Do you only work with businesses in Los Angeles?
We are based in and focused on Los Angeles, with remote support across the whole area and on-site visits by arrangement. Because most support is delivered remotely, we can also help teams a little farther out, so ask us about your location.
PRICING
How the number gets set.
How much does CompBrix cost?
CompBrix uses a flat monthly rate billed per device and per seat, with no per-ticket fees and no long-term contract. There's no fixed price list because the right number depends on your device and user count, which services you need, and any compliance requirements. After a free 30-minute assessment we give you one fixed monthly quote.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because a small law firm with 12 laptops and HIPAA needs and a 40-person startup chasing SOC 2 are completely different jobs. A template price would mean someone overpays. We quote to your actual environment so you pay for what you need and nothing you don't.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Service is month-to-month by default. You can leave with 30 days' notice, and we'd rather earn your business every month than trap it in a multi-year term.
What's included in the monthly rate versus quoted separately?
Managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud administration, network and vendor management are included in the recurring rate. One-off projects, like office moves, large migrations, hardware purchases, or a from-scratch compliance audit, are quoted separately and up front before any work starts.
WORKING TOGETHER
Scale and the exit door.
Do you work with businesses larger than 50 people?
Our sweet spot is 5 to 50 seats, because that is the size where a full IT department makes no financial sense but the risks are real. Larger environments are case by case, and if hiring in-house is the honest answer for you, we will say so.
What happens to our documentation if we leave?
Everything documented about your systems is yours: credentials, network maps, runbooks, licenses. It is handed over in full whenever you ask, including on the way out. Month to month means the exit door is always unlocked.
